Anxiety Disbuys: Regular Stress Reaction or Something More Severe?

Anxiety is a natural response from our brain when it senses danger or stress. It is a common feeling that people experience when they face problems at work or school, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. Occasional anxiety is normal, but anxiety disbuys are a group of mental illnesses that create constant and overwhelming fear and anxiety. Excessive anxiety can cause an individual to avoid school, work, family functions, and other social situations that may worsen the symptoms of their condition.

Types of Anxiety Disbuys and How They Affect?

Generalized Anxiety Disbuy: This disbuy causes people to feel excessive, unrealistic tension with little or no reason. We will discuss this anxiety disbuy in more detail.

Panic Disbuy:

People with this disbuy experience sudden, extreme fear that results in a panic attack. During a panic attack, they may have chest pain, break out in a sweat, and have a pounding heart with palpitations. At times, they may feel like they are having a heart attack or are choking.

Social Anxiety Disbuy:

Also known as social phobia, this disbuy causes people to feel overwhelmingly worried and self-conscious in social situations. They obsessively worry about what others think about them and feel like everyone is judging them, making them embarrassed or ridiculed.

Specific Phobias:

Phobias cause people to feel intense fear of a particular object or situation, such as water, height, or flying. The fear goes beyond what is appropriate and may force them to avoid everyday problems. Agoraphobia is an intense fear of being at a place that makes them feel trapped, and it seems complicated to escape or take help in an emergency. In this condition, they may feel panic or anxious when they are on an airplane, on public transportation (bus), or standing in line with a crowd.

Separation Anxiety:

This anxiety is more common in children when someone leaves them or separates them. But little kids are not the only ones who feel anxious or scared when a loved one goes; anyone can feel separation anxiety. They will feel very nervous or scared when a person they love leaves their sight in this condition. They consistently worry that something terrible may happen to their loved ones.

Selective Mutism:

This is quite a different type of anxiety in young kids. Here, children who usually talk with their families do not feel like speaking in public or get anxious in school.
Medication-induced anxiety disbuy: Use of specific medications or illegal drugs, or withdrawal from particular medicines, may trigger some anxiety disbuy symptoms.

Anxiety Disbuy Symptoms?

The primary symptom is excessive fear or worry, but that is not enough. Anxiety disbuys can make it hard for someone to sleep, breathe, concentrate, or even stay still. The symptoms depend upon the type of anxiety disorder they have, but common symptoms include:

  • fear and uneasiness; the feeling of panic, danger, or doom; inability to stay calm and still;
  • sleep problems; heart palpitations; shortness of breath; difficulty concentrating;
  • hyperventilation, where they breath faster or more rapidly than average; nausea, dry mouth, dizziness;
  • cold, numb, sweaty, or tingling hands or feet; tense muscles;
  • thinking about the same problem again and again and unable to stop brooding over it (rumination); obsessively or intensely avoiding the places or objects they fear</li
